What if I get a puncture? What if I have some battery problems with the e-bike? Don't have these thoughts anymore: we will help you with an active service every day!
In the event of a breakdown you can request the intervention of our recovery service, active every day. Just contact us on +39 377 3458039. After analyzing the situation with you, we will solve the problem: either by replacing the entire bike (only in the case of our rental) or by giving you the right advice. With extra payment based on the damage, we will replace the individual component or fix the damaged piece for you.

HOW TO ACTIVATE SOS BIKER?
SOS Biker can be activated in any of our 3 centers and is valid both with one of our rental bikes, and with your own bike and/or with bikes from other rentals.
- Activation cost: €3 per day (per bike). €10 if you haven't rented from us.
- Validity: from 9.00 - 19.00 every day
- Special price for groups (every 3 bikers, 1 free)
- Territorial coverage: the entire Island of Elba*
*you will need to approach the nearest paved road to have 100% guaranteed service (recovery on dirt roads is not guaranteed).

In case of NOT subscribing to the service, recovery will be guaranteed but at a minimum cost of €50
