constant presence of the 365tv staff who will also give us useful advice on cycling technique. For the less trained, but with good technique and experience, possibility (after contact) to participate with e-bikes.

The tour is based in Residence il mandorlo, strategic point to explore both the western and eastern sectors of the island.
The passage from Tenuta delle Ripalte will not be missing, a magical place where our Bike Center is located.

Level: suitable for intermediate / expert bikers. Safety required in single track driving.
Bicycles: we recommended full-suspension MTB. Possibility to rent top of the range e-bikes (MTB Verleih).
Protections: helmet mandatory (open or modular helmet recommended) and knee pads recommended.
Guides: presence of 1/2 guides and shuttle for travel / luggage transport.
